摘要: SummaryLyophilized pituitary tissue of the Pacific salmon (O. keta) and fractions, were examined for ACTH activity in hypophysectomized rats. The results indicate presence a component teleost gland capable depleting stores adrenal ascorbic acid rat. In this respect preparations are qualitatively identical with corticotropins (ACTH) mammalian origin.
