摘要: The morphological differentiation between small-cell and non-small-cell lung cancer has great prognostic therapeutic significance for the patient. Malignant tumors are now classified according to new 1999 WHO/IASLC classification of pleural tumors. variant heterogeneously differentiated "combined carcinoma" can be distinguished from classical carcinoma, whereas subtype "intermediate cell is no longer used. Together with "large-cell neuroendocrine carcinomas" typical or atypical carcinoid tumors, cancers currently histogenetically categorized as In contrast large-cell immunohistochemical demonstration not a prerequisite diagnosis cancer. Although electron-microscopical, immunohistochemical, molecular-biological findings have considerably increased our understanding pathogenesis progression malignant routine pathological-anatomical diagnostics still decisively based on light-microscopical evaluation tissue samples.
