摘要: Abstract Fusicoccin is the major phytotoxic metabolite of Fusicoccum amygdali Del., fungus causing canker peach and almond, plays a definite role in this disease. Studies directed towards understanding its mode action have shown that substance has remarkable plant growth promoting activities which make it useful tool for study several physiological processes normally controlled by phytohormones, compound potential interest agriculture. In vivo vitro tests number fusicoccin derivatives analogues yielded knowledge molecular requirements biological activity, thus allowing rational approach to preparation tritium labelled derivative, necessary detection specific receptors tissues, synthesis water soluble insoluble high weight possessing respectively immunogenic properties marked affinity fusicoccinbinding molecules.
