摘要: Abstract As volunteerism occurs in an organizational context, both individual factors and characteristics affect (potential) volunteers sports clubs. Whereas a number of researchers have studied individual-level determinants, knowledge on the role organizational-level is limited. Based concept capacity, present study, authors investigate whether how human resources, financial, structural capacities clubs influence voluntary engagement. Using data from German football track field ( n = 296) their members = 1222), effects capacity engagement within two subsamples, adult parents underage members, are examined. The results multi-level mixed regression analyses show that all dimensions significantly associated with members. A larger greater share reduce amount time volunteer devotes to work; less likely when club has balanced budget; strategic planning increases likelihood individuals informally.
