摘要: The present study examined the effects of a soccer-specific psychological skills intervention comprising self-talk, relaxation and imagery, on three performance subcomponents specific to midfield players throughout performance. Using modified multiple baseline across individuals design, participants had (passing, first touch tackling) assessed second half performance, for period eight competitive games. results showed be effective in enhancing all at least two subcomponents. As such, findings provide some evidence suggest that may affect differing ways competition. Given findings, potential applied implications future research directions are discussed
