摘要: Abstract In this paper, a series of Ce3+ doped Sr 2 MgAl 22 O 36 (SMA) phosphors have been prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction method. The phase structure samples was checked the powder X-ray diffraction (XRD). morphology inspected using field-emission scanning electron microscope (SEM). Under different UV radiation, phosphor exhibits emission bands due to Ce 3+ ions located at lattice sites. corresponding luminescence and energy transfer mechanisms proposed in detail. concentration quenching because substitute two crystallographic sites host. Moreover, dependent properties SMA:Ce were conducted from 30 °C 200 °C, as much 72.96% room-temperature intensity is retained 150 °C. bright blue with CIE coordinates ( x =0.16, y =0.12) under excitation. results indicate that has great potential applications UV-pumped light emitting diodes.
