摘要: A 59-year-old woman presented with epigastric pain and weight loss. Ultrasound, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging scans of the abdomen showed a tumor in segments 6 7 right liver lobe, measuring 8 cm greatest diameter. The was subsequently resected, histopathology poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma immunoreactive for CA 19-9 cytokeratin 19. In absence any other clinically detectable primary tumor, lesion diagnosed as peripheral intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. addition, multiple bile duct hamartomas were found surrounding parenchyma. unrelated to Caroli disease, sclerosing cholangitis, ulcerative colitis, or nonbiliary cirrhosis, demonstrated by further clinical histopathologic investigations, but probably associated presence hamartomas. To our knowledge, this is eighth reported case cholangiocarcinoma
