摘要: In order to examine the effect of neon glow discharge on hydrogen or helium removal, was conducted for stainless steel after exposure discharge, and then amount desorbed retained were evaluated. Large desorption observed at initial period following discharge. The removal ratio by with 2 h 1.3 times larger than that argon a half case 4 an magnitude smaller in steel.
