摘要: SUMMARY An isolated arthroscopic lateral release can provide dramatic relief of anterior knee pain in a select group patients. We believe this procedure is indicated for patients with patellar compression syndrome without significant chondrosis who have not responded to nonoperative treatment. During the procedure, care must be taken perform complete and achieve hemostasis. The postoperative rehabilitation emphasizes control swelling, mobilization, quadriceps strengthening. strongly agree Schonholtz et al43 report that „lateral retinacular minor should performed simply because it may help can’t hurt.“
