摘要: Introduction Voice modification after swallowing may indicate changes in the transit of bolus. Objective The aim this study is to verify use perceptual voice analysis detect oropharyngeal dysphagia. Study Design Case series. Methods Twenty-seven patients with dysphagia as diagnosed by videofluoroscopy and 25 without were evaluated. The sustained vowel /a/ was recorded before exam different consistencies (pasty, liquid solid). For evaluation, GRBAS scale (grade, roughness, breathiness, asthenia strain) parameter “wet voice” used. Three judges blinded group time emission performed analysis. Results Individuals showed significant decrease grade increase strain pasty substances, differing from individuals who no parameters swallowing. wet difference both groups. Conclusion The increased are indicative a disorder, indicating vocal clean tract food. production proved be trusted resource for detection disorders.
