摘要: The Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) is a B-cell lymphoma, as was proved by molecular studies with single-cell PCR. Histologically, it characterized minority of neoplastic cells, Reed-Sternberg cells and its variants, related to variable non-neoplastic inflammatory background. Nowadays, (WHO classification) the following types HL are recognized: Nodular Paragranuloma Classical Lymphoma, latter including Sclerosis, Mixed Cellularity, Lymphocyte-rich Lymphoma Lymphocyte Depletion. Morphology together immunohistochemical allows classify different forms make differential diagnosis non-Hodgkin lymphomas. All classical lymphomas treated similarly, chances for remission survival currently good. Molecular parameters should be added current classification patients could benefit from new therapeutic targets.
