摘要: Abstract Cities are becoming one of the greatest generators waste and thus a potential source secondary materials. One most attractive streams in cities is electrical electronic equipment (WEEE) as they contain many valuable metals, mainly printed circuit board (PCB), with high risk disruption their supply. Many PCBs contained small WEEE separated by destructive operations, economic feasibility separation using non-destructive operations remains unclear. This paper examines separating PCB permanent magnets (PMs) hard disk drives (HDD) operations. The cost these parts evaluated disassembly sequences, schemes, ‘ease Disassembly Metric’ (eDiM). In HDD, for €0.05 while to harvest well PMs €0.39. both cases, such below estimated value gold, silver, palladium (€0.85). As result, concludes that HDDs economically profitable. Measures promoting PM should be further promoted, could help improve supply raw
