摘要: A method of preparing a biaxially textured article includes the steps of: rolling metal preform while applying shear force thereto to form as-rolled substrate having an rotated cube texture wherein (100) face thereof is parallel surface said substrate, and [100] direction at angle least 30° relative direction; depositing onto one epitaxial layer another material article.
