摘要: Some studies indicate that the vegetarian diet is a healthy and balanced way to eat. Many researches point its effects are positives being distinguished: lesser consumption of lipids prevalence pathologies. considerations can take individual start like environmental issues, ecology, worldwide hunger, religious beliefs ethnic’s considerations. The objective this study was verify capacity on supplying all nutritional necessities an athlete and/or practitioner physical activity; including advantages disadvantages pattern, demonstrate importance in macro micronutrients. Certain nutrients such as essential amino acids, vitamins B12 D, riboflavin, iron, calcium, zinc, generate worriness due fact debt diets. Due increased necessity those for greater recommendation carbohydrates athletes, must be monitored when makes option diet.
