摘要: A novel method is described for the measurement and analysis of fluorescence decays individual cells particles in flow. It combines rapid capabilities a flow cytometer robust procedures time-domain fluorescence-lifetime spectroscopy. For excitation we use cw laser that pulse modulated by an electro-optic modulator. The characteristics repetition rate pulses can be easily adjusted to accommodate with wide range lifetimes.
