Justice and the distribution of greenhouse gas emissions1

摘要: The prospect of dangerous climate change requires Humanity to limit the emission greenhouse gases. This in turn raises question how permission emit gases should be distributed and among whom. In this article author criticises three principles distributive justice that have often been advanced context. He also argues predominantly statist way which is framed occludes some morally relevant considerations. latter part turns from critique advances a new addressing problem. particular, first, it proposes four key theses guide our normative analysis; and, second, outlines these can realised practice.
