摘要: Laser magnetic domain refinement (LMDR) is applied to reduce the power losses of grain oriented electrical steel, which used as core material in or distribution transformers, by generating thermal stress due absorbed laser energy. The most widely beam source for industrial utilization CO2 with typical loss improvements about 10%. In this paper dependency treatment parameters respect properties steel sheets are investigated scribing process using a high fiber source. Especially properties, influenced source, such focusability, wavelength and absorption behavior, addressed paper. Therefore, single 300 mm × 30 0.27 (high-permeability, comparable M103-27P) measured before after evaluate well components. analysis has shown that can be improved approximately 13% invisible lines on sheet surface.
