摘要: This study emphasizes several factors that were of value in the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment a series 200 patients with penetrating wounds pericardium or its contents. Cardiorrhaphy was performed 187 cases, pericardicentesis used mainly as diagnostic temporary therapeutic measure. The individual physical signs make up Beck's triad had limited value, but did correlate somewhat prognosis. Twenty-two deaths related primarily to bleeding, five myocardial infarctions from lacerated coronary arteries, nine combination tamponade, and/or infarction. Because great importance bleeding cause death, cardiorrhaphy should be rapidly on all except those who achieve maintain normal vital after pericardicentesis, minimal no blood replacement.
