摘要: Gliomas are major tumors of the central nervous system with a wide spectrum different tumor types. Ligand Numb protein X (LNX) is PDZ domain containing that interacts cell fate determinant Numb. cDNA microarray analysis was used to determine expression 13,939 genes in set 18 gliomas. It showed human LNX downregulated 100% gliomas including low- and high-grade ones, which confirmed by Northern blot. In situ hybridization revealed lowly expressed cytoplasm glioma cells. Thus, might act as diagnostic marker potential therapeutic target for glioma. Two-hybrid screen yeast identify interacting proteins important function. interacted Ski (SKIP) via domains.
