摘要: Abstract A 2450 MHz, 400 W discharge in argon was used as an excitation source for spectrochemical analysis. Measurements were made with a wavelength-scanning photoelectric spectrometer. The intensity of the emission from central axis plasma flame stable to such degree that root-mean-square deviation fluctuations background continuum at 4800 0·6% total intensity. An temperature 6400 ± 200°K obtained on absolute H β line. Intensities and lines which emitted core flame, those arsenic, boron mercury little affected by addition sodium into plasma, while radiated outer zone mostly metallic elements, strongly affected. Detection limits 25 elements determined.
