Superconductivity in single-phase Y1Ba

摘要: Single-phase Y/sub 1/Ba/sub 2/Cu/sub 3/O/sub 9-//sub x/ has been synthesized and characterized. Although x-ray diffraction shows only the phase which an orthorhombically distorted perovskite structure, resistance measurements reveal two transition temperatures, T/sub c//sub 1/ = 95.5 K 2/ 93 K. Thermoelectric power indicate is of n type. Strong enhancement unusual temperature dependence for ''phonon-drag'' effect might be indicative superconducting mechanism in this material have observed.
