摘要: The Pseudomonas- derived cyclic lipopeptide orfamide can induce resistance to Cochliobolus miyabeanus but not Magnaporthe oryzae in rice. Abscisic acid signaling is involved the induced systemic response triggered by orfamide. Diverse natural products produced beneficial Pseudomonas species have the potential to trigger (ISR) plants, and thus may contribute control of diseases crops. Some spp. produce lipopeptides (CLPs), amphiphilic molecules composed a fatty tail linked an oligopeptide which cyclized. CLPs versatile biological functions, capacity Pseudomonas-derived triggering ISR responses has barely been studied. protegens related orfamide-type CLPs. Here we show that rice, orfamides act as elicitors against necrotrophic fungus miyabeanus, causal agent brown spot disease, are active blast oryzae. Orfamide A early defensive events activate transcripts defense-related genes rice cell suspension cultures, does cause death. Further testing cultures plants showed abscisic signaling, transcriptional activator OsWRKY4 pathogenesis-related protein PR1b play role C. miyabeanus.
