摘要: Abstract The adaptation of cells to a changing environment is normally accompanied by rapid and/or chronic remodeling membrane lipids. In order understand the role played lipid metabolism in such responses, it necessary characterize more detail changes composition occurring response defined stimuli. There has been intense interest characterizing “stem cell niche” recent years and an emerging consensus that stem are located regions low oxygen tension probably well-isolated from blood supply. We report here use matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry monitor saturation degree choline phospholipids hematopoietic progenitor (FDCPmix) under standard nutrient-rich culture conditions at glucose concentrations. found increase proliferation rate driven high concentrations interleukin-3 (IL-3) associated with decrease phosphatidylcholine (PC) 18:0/20:4 sphingomyelin (SM) together PC 18:0/18:2 dihydro SM. Furthermore, this effect most pronounced conditions, independent rates.
