摘要: The monitoring of distribution systems relies on a critical set pseudomeasurements and varying but low number redundant measurements. In the light different refreshing rates both types information, this paper considers state estimation model structured in two time scales. Possibilities limitations proposed are discussed, illustrated real system comprising diversity load patterns.
