摘要: Methods are provided for determining the presence or absence of ragged ends in polymeric proteins protein products, by means fast atom bombardment and high mass spectrometry (preferably field magnet spectrometry). The methods may be modified locating N- C-terminal peptide a product assigning disulphide bridges products. applicable to other biopolymers such as nucleotides carbohydrates.
