摘要: The continually increasing use of fossil fuels throughout the world has caused carbon dioxide (CO2) concentration to grow rapidly in atmosphere. Increasing CO2 emissions are major cause global warming, and a number studies have been done show predicted effects warming. This paper reported method degradation through dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma; microplasma reactor was used decompose into monoxide (CO) at normal atmosphere room temperature. Gas chromatography analyze compositions outlet gases. No deposits were found this work. A variety parameters, such as feed flow rate, input power, frequency, gap, external electrode length investigated. these parameters on conversion examined. At same time, rate power energy efficiency studied. results indicated that higher can be realized with lower limited frequency. However, beneficial for utilization. gap had little effect reactor. In work, highest 18.0%, 3.8%. DBD is promising decomposing CO2.© 2014 Society Chemical Industry John Wiley & Sons, Ltd
