摘要: An immunoassay method for one-step detection of specific antibodies which includes incubation a solid phase support or matrix having spot the antigen bound thereto with sample clinical fluid to be tested in presence signal developing reagent, including detector substance, is preferably colloidal metal sol, and ligand, such as protein A other antibody binding ligand. diagnostic field kit containing test antigens reagent also described.
