摘要: An improved method of in situ hybridization which relies on an formulation the buffer is described. In at least some formulations are non-toxic. The combination Locked Nucleic Acid (LNA) comprising ISH probes and useful for detection small non-coding RNA as well manufacturing kits directed to such RNA. Further disclosed a semi-quantitative demonstration ISHs diagnostic potential.
