摘要: The share of microgeneration (power generation at the level households and small businesses) in Dutch electricity system continues to grow. Over time, this development may pose a threat reliability efficiency balancing market. We investigated possible changes design market that can maintain or even improve upon its current operational performance level. first step research was an analysis existing It consists three main instruments: programme responsibility, single buyer for regulating reserve power (RRP), imbalance settlement. currently functions satisfactorily. Subsequently, effects large-scale Netherlands were evaluated with qualitative scenario analysis. Four scenarios two methods allocating household consumption considered. four concerned penetration PV, heat-led micro CHP, electricity-led CHP operated by consumer, supply company. last found have strongest positive net effect. Finally, six options identified improving case would increase substantially. Of these options, adjusting profile methodology regulation smart meters are no-regret be implemented immediately. attractiveness other depends portfolio emerges, manageability large metering data flows, nature technical penetration.
