摘要: The effects of aquaculture related stressors on circulating levels GH, IGF-I and for the first time, IGF-II in Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) were investigated. Specifically, growth factor measured four different experiments. Two 24 h confinement stressor procedures, (one with salmon, other trout); following a hypo-osmotic (freshwater bath) salt water acclimated, adult, salmon; during 22 day starvation re-feeding protocol juvenile salmon. Handling resulted significant decreases all three factors (but not GH) trout. A 2-3 freshwater bath to remove gill parasites commercial operation caused decrease GH concentrations, but no change concentration, 2 days post bathing. Starvation period 15 increase IGF-II. Re-feeding starved fish 7 concentration continually fed fish, however did plasma relative fish. results presented here confirm previously observed handling induced and, salmonids. Furthermore this study confirms nutritional regulation
