摘要: A method for making a thermal interface material includes the steps of: (a) providing an array of carbon nanotubes formed on substrate, having interfaces defined therebetween; (b) transferring device and disposing at least one low melting point metallic above nanotubes, using device; (c) heating nanotube to certain temperature make melt, then flow into interspaces between combine (e.g., mechanically) with acquire carbon-nanotube-based material.
