摘要: Insulin resistance and compensatory hyperinsulinaemia are common features of obesity non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, conditions that frequently complicated by hypertension [1,2]. The documentation insulin resistance, i.e. a defective non-oxidative glucose disposal, in untreated patients with essential normal tolerance [3] has been the incentive for vast number studies assessing as potential link between hypertension, mellitus. Apart from its role metabolism, several effects might interfere blood pressure homeostasis (table 25–1). In this chapter we will focus on effect kidney (acute) cardiovascular effects, conclude alternative hypotheses to explain association hyperinsulinaemia, hypertension.
