摘要: Abstract Aqueous ATPcopper solutions were investigated by ESR spectroscopy and potentiometric titrations in the millimolar concentration range at ATP:Cu ratios from 1:1 to 8:1. It could be proved that neutral basic Ph Cu 2 (ATP) (OH)(5−) (OH) (6−) are formed, instead of commonly assumed Cu(ATP)(OH)(3−) species. Further, a Cu(ATP) complex was found its stability constant determined. At pH > 10.5 ratio greater than 1:1, stable is formed one Cu(2+) two ATP molecules. This shows an spectrum similar adenosine-copper = 11.3 can described formally as (OH)(9−) or (10−). The constants calculated both titration method show good agreement.
