摘要: The objective of this work was to determine pressure fluctuation and transient flow characteristics, which aims provide references improve noise vibration performance for the pump design optimization when delivering sediment-laden flow. three-dimensional (3D) simulations were simulated by SST k-ω turbulence model combined with Homogeneous equilibrium (HEM). experimental numerical data compared validate accuracy. simulation results predicted that concentration shows strong effects on external performance, velocity, pressure, turbulent kinetic energy distribution peak amplitude pulsation frequency, all perform increasing trend rise concentration. Meanwhile, effect diameter size particles field relatively minor, can also evidently influence internal flow, but is not simply proportional size. silt needs be taken into account associated distribution. dominant frequency solid-liquid approximately equals 0.8 times pure water, characteristics low high features.
