摘要: The vapor-liquid-solid (VLS) process was applied to fabricate zinc oxide nanowires (ZnO NWs) with a different aspect ratio (AR), morphological, and optical properties. ZnO NWs were grown on system that contains quartz substrate transparent conductive (TCO) thin film followed by an Al-doped (AZO) seed layer; both films magnetron sputtering at room temperature. It found the presented high crystalline quality vertical orientation from structural morphological characterizations. Also, showed good density distribution of 69 NWs/μm2 AR offers their capability be used as possible photoelectrode (anode) in potential future device applications. samples properties studied using various techniques such photoluminescence (PL), absorption, transmittance before after sensitization N719 dye. results demonstrated NW 30 nm diameter had best characteristics feasible (high minimum recombination, crystallinity). present improved due existence dye Au nanoparticles tip NWs. this work can photonic optoelectronic
