摘要: Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is an inflammatory associated with irreversible joint damage in a subset of individuals. There need to screen early for this condition prevent damage. To meet need, we have developed the psoriatic screening and evaluation (PASE) questionnaire. The 15-item PASE questionnaire was administered 190 individuals either psoriasis or PsA. readministered PsA order assess test–retest reliability sensitivity-to-change. Receiver operator curves were constructed optimize sensitivity specificity diagnosis Of participating study, 19.5% (37/191) participants diagnosed total scores ranged from 15 74 (possible range, 15–75). group had median Total score 51 (25th 75th percentile 44 57), non-PsA 34 21 49) (p < 0.001). A able distinguish 76% specificity. Furthermore, 13 items demonstrated significant as assessed by Pearson correlation coefficient (r ≥ 0.5). sensitive-to-change therapy; significantly lower after systemic therapy 0.034). valid reliable tool active among psoriasis. may be used marker therapeutic response.
