摘要: Abstract The change in MS temperature of γ→e martensitic transformation with austenite grain size (AGS) has been investigated relation to the stacking fault energy (SFE) an Fe–18%Mn alloy. With increasing AGS, increases steeply up 35 μm, and gradually larger grains. SFE, on other hand, decreases abruptly until over which it is slightly lowered. A good linear relationship established between inverse i.e. probability (SFP). This result suggests that variation AGS depends strongly SFE.
