摘要: Functional T cell subsets have been evaluated in the peripheral blood of patients with myasthenia gravis using monoclonal anti-T antibodies and a suppressor assay based on suppression mixed-lymphocyte reaction by concanavalin A-activated lymphocytes. A significant decline cells was found large proportion patients, both direct count anti-suppressor-cytotoxic antibody (OKT8) assay.
