摘要: Heterogeneous UV-photocatalytic process has been studied as tertiary treatment of real municipal wastewater. Wastewater photocatalytic was carried out using several materials previously developed photocatalysts: volcanic ashes and nanostructured titania supported over ashes. Both material activities in particles were compared with Degussa TiO2 (powder). Photocatalyst amount influence by varying it between 2 10 g L−1. decontamination evaluated measuring the chemical oxygen demand evolution phototreatment time order to choose best its optimal operation concentration. Moreover, results obtained those from photolysis adsorption studies wastewater same conditions. In addition, analyses main parameters made evaluate complete water process. Possibility photocatalysts shows advantage continuous photocatalyst separation effluent once finished. Good observed, allows conclude that heterogeneous photocatalysis is an effective method for treatment, achieving disinfection phosphates removal.
