摘要: Abstract Owing to the worldwide epidemic of obesity, and popularity diets rich in sugar saturated fat, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is increasingly common; it usually associated with insulin resistance, may be considered a component metabolic syndrome. The pathologies which can complicate hepatic steatosis – steatohepatitis, cirrhosis, cancer appear result from an interaction lipid overload oxidative stress. It therefore proposed that comprehensive regimens effectively target each these precipitating factors should achieve best therapeutic benefit NAFLD. Appropriate weight loss, diet low glycemic index, added sugars, decrease load. Measures enhance adipocyte sensitivity such as pioglitazone, astaxanthin, spirulina also helpful this regard, agents boost hepatocyte capacity for acid oxidation, metformin, carnitine, hydroxycitrate, long-chain omega-3 fats, glycine. Astaxanthin have considerable potential controlling stress NAFLD former because help prevent mitochondrial damage renders mitochondria key source superoxide syndrome, latter exceptionally phycocyanobilin, phytochemical inhibitor NAPDH oxidase. Other antioxidants show some promise syndrome include high-dose folate, lipoic acid, melatonin, N -acetylcysteine, vitamin E, taurine. Finally, treatment salsalate, IkappaB kinase-beta, has blunting adverse impact on inflammation.
