摘要: Multicompartment block copolymer nanoparticles (MCBNs) constructed with a thermo-responsive and base-sensitive poly(N-acryloylsarcosine methyl ester)-block-polystyrene (PNASME-b-PS) pH-responsive poly(4-vinylpyridine)-block-polystyrene (P4VP-b-PS) are synthesized by dispersion RAFT polymerization employing two macro-RAFT agents. These MCBNs contain hydrophobic polystyrene (PS) core dispersed microdomains formed either the poly(4-vinylpyridine) (P4VP) and/or ester) (PNASME). By changing degree of PS block, molar ratio diblock copolymers, temperature, pH, tuning interaction between acidic poly(N-acryloylsarcosine) obtained from hydrolysis PNASME alkaline P4VP convenient size morphology is achieved, well-defined including several different microdomains, core–corona particles shell-bonded core–shell have been prepared.
