摘要: The current status of ligand gated ion channel P2X and G protein-coupled P2Y receptor subtypes is described. This followed by a summary what known the distribution roles these subtypes. Potential therapeutic targets purinoceptors are considered, including those involved in cardiovascular, nervous, respiratory, urinogenital, gastrointestinal, musculo-skeletal special sensory diseases, as well inflammation, cancer diabetes. Lastly, there some speculations about future developments purinergic signalling field.
