摘要: Organotin polyamine ethers containing thiamine (Vitamin B1) were synthesized employing the interfacial polymerization of and organotin dichlorides. Reaction is rapid occurring in less than 15 s moderate to poor yield with chain length ranging from 86 860 units. Infrared spectroscopy shows new bands characteristic formation Sn–N Sn–O linkages. Proton NMR presence both moieties. MALDI MS results ion fragment clusters three units abundance consistent tin atoms within clusters. The polymers all exhibit inhibition cancer cell lines including two breast, pancreatic, prostate, colon at levels better those for standard cisplatin, one most widely employed anticancer drugs.
