摘要: Using S/sup 35/ and Cl/sup 36/ measurements were made of the uptake anion material during anodization Ta Nb in 0.1N 100% H/sub 2/SO/ sub 4/ NaCl. The amount taken up dilute sulfate solution was small but appreciable; with 2/SO/sub much larger quantities active found. This is more loosely held probably a reduction product arising as result formation oxide ions. In each these cases extraneous rose logarithmically film thickness until about 60 v when sharper rise observed. During NaCl there no increase Clcontent thickness. It suggested that such from electrolyte considerably modifies both density its electrical properties. (auth)
