摘要: Abstract The t(11;14)(q13;q32) translocation has been associated with human B-lymphocytic malignancy. Several examples of this have cloned, documenting that abnormality joins the immunoglobulin heavy-chain gene to bcl-1 locus on chromosome 11. However, identification gene, a putative dominant oncogene, elusive. In work, we isolated genomic clones covering 120 kb locus. Probes from region an HpaII-tiny-fragment island identified candidate gene. cDNAs representing mRNA were cloned three cell lines, two translocation. The deduced amino acid sequence these showed be member cyclin family. addition, our analysis expression in extensive panel lines it widely expressed except lymphoid or myeloid lineages. This observation may provide molecular basis for distinct modes cycle control different mammalian tissues. Activation oncogenic by directly altering progression through cycle.
