摘要: For the last several decades, antimicrobial compounds have been used to promote piglet growth at weaning through prevention of subclinical and clinical disease. There are, however, increasing concerns in relation development antibiotic-resistant bacterial strains potential these associated resistance genes impact on human health. As a consequence, European Union (EU) banned use antibiotics as promoters swine livestock production 1 January 2006. Furthermore, minerals such zinc (Zn) copper (Cu) are not feasible alternatives/replacements because their excretion is possible threat environment. Consequently, there need develop feeding programs serve means for controlling problems with transition without using compounds. This review, therefore, focused some nutritional strategies that known improve structure function gastrointestinal tract (or) post-weaning special emphasis probiotics, prebiotics, organic acids, trace dietary protein source level.
