摘要: Low dose rate (LDR) afterloading with a remote-controlled system is replacing the well-tried brachytherapy radium of past decades. Using an equivalent geometrical setup and radioactive source, results equally as good in therapy can be achieved. It has been possible to introduce sources higher (HDR), that is, short-term irradiation terms minutes.
