摘要: In this paper, we describe a Semantic Web application that detects Conflict of Interest (COI) relationships among potential reviewers and authors scientific papers. This discovers various 'semantic associations' between the in populated ontology to determine degree Interest. was created by integrating entities from two social networks, namely "knows," FOAF (Friend-of-a-Friend) network "co-author," underlying co-authorship DBLP bibliography. We our experiences developing context class applications, which have important research engineering challenges common. addition, present an evaluation approach for real-life COI detection.
