摘要: Bar cutting involves manual of reinforcement bars to specific dimensions. Repetitive nature and awkward postures adopted during bar leads musculoskeletal disorders. RULA was performed evaluate muscle force postures. Grand score found be 7. Pain graded on a scale 0 5 RBG pain (RBGPS). Questionnaire study showed that in forearm shoulders were the most common. Good correlation (r² = 0.912) observed between RBGPS scores. Optimisation lift frequency hammer weight, along with intervention devices reduces 3.
