摘要: In the uncertain entrepreneurial ecosystem, scholarly knowledge is bounded by sustainable growth of enterprises. Moreover, there a lack consensus in academic circles on relationship between experience and performance. adopting meta-analysis method, we found significant performance based an investigation 45 independent samples (N = 18,752). We also examined theoretically derived moderators this referring to firm age, industry condition type test whether moderating effects can explain inconsistent research results The was stronger for high-tech than low-tech industry, early business stage late start-up compared management experience, work experience. Our findings are meaningful practitioners achieve better preserving coordinating dynamic environment. Further, these important future analyze factors triggering heterogeneity investigate extent which more capable promoting
